By choosing to pay by credit card, accounts purchasing at a discount of MSRP will be charged a 3% processing fee. BH-USA reserves the right to hold shipments or refuse orders to customers with past due invoices. Delinquent accounts will be placed on hold.
BH-USA accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. You can also pay by check by phone at BH-USA.These methods are available to all customers.
If a delinquent account repeatedly refuses to pay an outstanding invoice or invoices and does not comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth by BH-USA, BH-USA will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Any action for the collection of a debt will be governed by and construed under the laws of Texas, with Gregg County, Texas as the exclusive venue.
Under this agreement, the Applicant will pay all costs and expenses incurred by BH-USA in collecting indebtedness, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
When an account becomes past due after thirty (30) days, the applicant agrees to pay a finance charge equal to the maximum interest rate allowed in the State of Texas on such accounts.
If a check is returned to BH-USA due to insufficient funds, BH-USA will contact the customer and offer to run the check again.The customer’s account will be charged $35.00 from BH-USA and any bank charges.
BH-USA will attempt to run the check again if the customer cannot be reached. In the event that the check bounces a second time, the check will be turned over to the District Attorney’s Office. It is considered theft by BH-USA and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
