Max found a valuable partner in his son, Phil Wilson, who soon joined him to carry forward the legacy of Lift-Tex. Phil’s business acumen complemented Max’s innovative spirit, propelling the company’s growth beyond the confines of their garage to its inaugural warehouse.

Jeff’s youthful vigor and innate sales acumen, coupled with Phil’s astute business acumen and Max’s pioneering innovation, formed a formidable trifecta. As time marched forward, Max inevitably reached the milestone of retirement, entrusting the reins of the company to his son and grandson to carry forward its legacy.
