Clearance Items
Sale of clearance items is final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted by BH-USA.

By choosing to pay by credit card, accounts purchasing at a discount of MSRP will be charged a 3% processing fee. BH-USA reserves the right to hold shipments or refuse orders to customers with past due invoices. Delinquent accounts will be placed on hold. 
BH-USA accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. You can also pay by check by phone at BH-USA.These methods are available to all customers.
If a delinquent account repeatedly refuses to pay an outstanding invoice or invoices and does not comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth by BH-USA, BH-USA will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Any action for the collection of a debt will be governed by and construed under the laws of Texas, with Gregg County, Texas as the exclusive venue.
Under this agreement, the Applicant will pay all costs and expenses incurred by BH-USA in collecting indebtedness, including reasonable attorney's fees.
When an account becomes past due after thirty (30) days, the applicant agrees to pay a finance charge equal to the maximum interest rate allowed in the State of Texas on such accounts.
If a check is returned to BH-USA due to insufficient funds, BH-USA will contact the customer and offer to run the check again.The customer's account will be charged $35.00 from BH-USA and any bank charges.
BH-USA will attempt to run the check again if the customer cannot be reached. In the event that the check bounces a second time, the check will be turned over to the District Attorney's Office. It is considered theft by BH-USA and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Our customer service department accepts verbal orders between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.  For all verbal orders, the customer must provide the part number. Customers without part numbers will not be able to place verbal orders with BH-USA customer service.
The customer service department at BH-USA will make every effort to communicate your order back to you in a timely manner, but BH-USA will not be held responsible for any mistakes made as a result of verbal orders.  Orders placed verbally are at the customer's own risk, and any extra shipping and handling charges resulting from an error are the responsibility of the customer.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when you place your order with BH-USA. BH-USA recommends that all customers confirm the verbal order was placed correctly by checking this email immediately after placing the order.  It is the customer's responsibility to contact BH-USA directly if an order confirmation is incorrect.
BH-USA is not responsible for orders that are fulfilled and shipped before a customer contacts us about inaccuracies or discrepancies. BH-USA recommends customers use www.bh-usa.com to locate necessary part numbers or to place an order online directly if they cannot provide part numbers.

BH-USA accepts Purchase Orders via e-mail, directly to customer service.  A Purchase Order must include the item number and current price.  Incomplete Purchase Orders will not be fulfilled by BH-USA.
BH-USA is not responsible for any missed purchases sent via email. The customer is responsible for contacting BH-USA to confirm that the PO was received in a timely manner.
BH-USA cannot expedite this ordering process in rare cases where BH-USA fails to notice the purchase order request. Since BH-USA is a fulfillment center, it is not possible for orders to be "skipped ahead." Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Both ground and freight orders will be shipped by BH-USA's preferred shippers. BH-USA cannot honor shipper requests and cannot allow third parties to pick up packages. The ground delivery of orders will be made without signature, in which BH-USA cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items that show to have been received. Tracking shows that your items have been delivered, but you are unable to locate them, please check with neighbors first, then contact the carrier directly. Order tracking information is sent via email and posted on your account under your order information when BH-USA ships an order.
Note: Carrier delivery may continue until 10 pm in some cases.
In the event that your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you are unable to locate it:

Check the shipping address in Your Orders.
Check for a delivery attempt notice.
Check your package's delivery location.
Check if another person accepted the delivery, unless there are health orsafety concerns.
Check your mailbox or other places where you receive mail. Packages may travel via multiple carriers.
Allow 48 hours for the process to complete. Up to 48 hours may elapse before packages arrive in rare cases.
