Any action for the collection of a debt will be governed by and construed under the laws of Texas, with Gregg County, Texas as the exclusive venue.

Under this agreement, the Applicant will pay all costs and expenses incurred by BH-USA in collecting indebtedness, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

When an account becomes past due after thirty (30) days, the applicant agrees to pay a finance charge equal to the maximum interest rate allowed in the State of Texas on such accounts.

If a check is returned to BH-USA due to insufficient funds, BH-USA will contact the customer and offer to run the check again.The customer’s account will be charged $35.00 from BH-USA and any bank charges.

Our customer service department accepts verbal orders between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. For all verbal orders, the customer must provide the part number. Customers without part numbers will not be able to place verbal orders with BH-USA customer service.

Email Ordering

BH-USA accepts Purchase Orders via e-mail, directly to customer service. A Purchase Order must include the item number and current price. Incomplete Purchase Orders will not be fulfilled by BH-USA.

BH-USA is not responsible for any missed purchases sent via email. The customer is responsible for contacting BH-USA to confirm that the PO was received in a timely manner.

BH-USA cannot expedite this ordering process in rare cases where BH-USA fails to notice the purchase order request. Since BH-USA is a fulfillment center, it is not possible for orders to be “skipped ahead.” Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Shipping

Both ground and freight orders will be shipped by BH-USA’s preferred shippers. BH-USA cannot honor shipper requests and cannot allow third parties to pick up packages. The ground delivery of orders will be made without signature, in which BH-USA cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items that show to have been received. Tracking shows that your items have been delivered, but you are unable to locate them, please check with neighbors first, then contact the carrier directly.
