0.75 HP Elite TENV Electric Motor with Base
The 0.75 HP Elite Electric Motor with Base is designed for use on any Flat-late Hoist manufactured by Boat Hoist USA, Hefty Hoist, AMS Hoist, ACE labs, American Power Hoist, ABL or Boat Lift US. also is designed for use on Enclosed Belt Drives (EMB) AMS 3000 EBD. The 0.75 HP Elite Electric Motor is a single phase, dual voltage boat lift motor and a direct replacement for AO smith, Dayton and Leeson Boat Lift Motors.
The Elite Brand Boat Lift motors are engineered specifically for the boat lift industry and feature totally enclosed housings to keep bugs and water out. Elite Boat Lift Motors come with detailed wiring guides making wiring to known boat lift switches from Furnas, Bremas, Salzer, and ACI simple. Elite boat lift motors are fully compatible with GEM, Galaxy, TEC, and Elite Boat Lift Remotes. The 0.75 HP Elite Electric Motor with Base is directly equivalent to Leeson motor # 6439191252, AMS motor 14160, and AO Smith 3/4HP Boat Hoist Motors. This motor will provide 3000 lb of torque when used on BH-USA flat plate hoists, Hefty Hoist Flat Plate Hoist, and AMS 3000 EBD. This is the OEM motor used on BH-USA belt drive PWC hoists and BH-USA BH3000 and BH-USA BH3500 flat plate hoists.
The 0.75 HP Elite Electric Motor is Dual Voltage but comes prewired for 240 volt operation and can easily be changed to 120volt operation. It runs at 1725 RPM operating at 10.8 amp (120volt) or 5.4 amps (240 volts) with a frequency of 60 Hz and service factor of 1.0. This TENV motor can withstand temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and has a run time of 15 minutes . The NEMA 56 frame base is industry standard mounting for flat=plate hoists. It is recognized by UL with a C-UL-US stamp. The Elite Boat Lift Motors have a 1year manufacturers warranty.
Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV)
A Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated motor is a type of electric motor that is enclosed to prevent the ingress of foreign particles (dust, moisture, etc.) but does not have external ventilation openings for air circulation. Unlike some other motor types, TENV motors do not rely on external airflow for cooling and are designed to operate in a sealed environment.
