BH-USA provides four stock options: In Stock, Available, Currently Unavailable, and Out of Stock. Here's a brief overview of each:
In Stock: The product is currently in stock and will be shipped at the earliest possible date.
Available: This product needs to be produced, often because it's a special order item. Once produced, it becomes eligible for shipping. While you can still purchase Available products, please be aware that the shipping time may be longer than usual.
Currently Unavailable: Due to constraints from vendors or resources, we are temporarily unable to sell this product until it is either received or produced. It will return to the In Stock status as soon as it becomes available again.
Out of Stock: The product is currently out of stock, and we do not have an estimate for when it will be available again, if ever.
BH-USA aims to offer a reliable shipping experience. We work with preferred shippers for timely delivery of ground and freight orders. Specific shipper requests and third-party pickups are not allowed due to security reasons. Ground orders are shipped without a signature requirement, and we provide tracking information for monitoring. If items are marked as received but missing or damaged, BH-USA cannot be held responsible. In case of delivery issues, check with neighbors and the carrier directly, as delivery may extend until 10 pm. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date for assistance in resolving any problems.
For freight orders, customers are responsible for unloading as freight carriers do not provide this service. Shipping to commercial addresses with forklift access is recommended for smoother delivery. Residential delivery requires proper access and unloading equipment and assistance. Failure to comply may result in the order being returned to BH-USA with a credit issued after deducting all freight costs and a restocking fee of up to 20%. BH-USA is not responsible for hindrances caused by factors like gate access or neighborhood restrictions. Specific freight delivery requests should be directed to the carrier. Before signing the delivery ticket, verify shipment completeness and inspect for visible damage, taking photographs if needed for smoother claims processing.
At BH-USA, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free return experience. Our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 60 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, simply use our easy return system on our website, where you can enter your order number or log into your account. If your item qualifies for a return, a return link will be displayed, guiding you through the process effortlessly. It's important to note that we only accept returns that are processed through the official BH-USA easy return system, and items not directly purchased from BH-USA are not eligible for returns.
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the merchandise is unopened or unused, and that you return it within 30 days from the original purchase date, accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees, which will be credited back to the same payment method used for the initial order. All returns must be submitted through Simple Returns via BH-USA.com to be considered valid; any items shipped to BH-USA without following this process will be automatically discarded. We want to make your return experience as smooth as possible, so please ensure proper documentation to avoid any issues, as items received without the necessary documentation will not receive credit.
