The 7,500 lb. Advanced Gear Plate Assembly is a high-quality, heavy-duty component designed to deliver years of reliable performance in flat-plate boat hoist systems. It can lift up to 7,500 pounds when used with a 1.5 HP motor. This gear plate has been used for over 15 years on BH-USA Flat Plate hoists. Constructed from durable materials to withstand the demands of outdoor use, the assembly is easy to install and maintain.

Your choice of backplate in galvanized steel or powder-coated steel. It features no steel-on-steel moving parts, reducing wear and extending the life of the assembly. It comes fully assembled with a 96-tooth bronze worm gear and extended block steel worm assembly equipped with 1/4-inch easy-reach grease fittings for convenient maintenance. Includes a 10 in. aluminum die-cast single hoist pulley and 34-inch drive belt. The gear plate has standard flat-plate mounting holes, offering compatibility with most boat hoist setups.

Each unit is fully assembled and tested under load by the manufacturer before shipping and is backed by a lifetime warranty for added peace of mind.
