Galvanized Steel PWC Cradle
The Galvanized Steel PWC Cradle is designed for jet skis, PWCs, or smaller boats that are installed on overhead boat lifts. It’s adjustable to fit different small watercraft and includes mounting fasteners, beams, guidepost bumpers, and chock brackets, all made from hot-dipped galvanized steel.
Its design ensures equal cable distribution, avoiding the risk of cable slack that platform cradles can cause during lifting. These cradles are suitable for both inboard and outboard boats, and you can add optional cable savers to prevent the cable from touching the water. The chock angles are set up to accommodate two wood bunks for the single PWC and 4 wood bunks for the dual PWC.

Cradle Beams
The 4-inch Galvanized Cradle Beam is crucial for both pile mount and overhead boat lifts. It’s the frame where the wooden bunks attach, supporting the boat on the cradle bunks. Made from strong steel with welded endplates, it’s hot-dipped galvanized for lasting protection against corrosion. It has two 5/8-inch holes on each end for cable attachment and can handle up to 1,500 lbs. of weight.
Chock Angle Bracket Kit
The Galvanized Chock Angle Bracket Kit has a professional look thanks to laser cutting. It’s made from durable 1/4 inch hot-dipped galvanized steel and fits well with any type of I-Beam boat cradle beams. The brackets have 1/2 inch mounting holes on both sides, spaced 1 1/2 inches apart along the flange. This design allows for easy adjustment to fit different cradle beam setups. Plus, the angles of these brackets match the original Ace Labs chock angles.
Guideposts and Bumpers
The Boat Cradle Guideposts are attached under the cradle to help with docking. They’re made of durable PVC, with an outer tube diameter of 2 3/8 inches and an inner tube diameter of 2 inches. The guideposts are sturdy and supportive, with a 3/16-inch wall thickness. They have a top cap with a 1/4-inch drainage hole for water flow during boat lifting and lowering, meeting industry standards for reliability. This drainage feature is easy to identify by the hole in the white cap at the end of the pipe.
The 36-inch Solid Guidepost Bumper fits over a 2-inch PVC guidepost, covering the boat lift cable at the boat cradle’s entrance. It comes in red, royal blue, or black and can be bought individually or in sets of four. Typically, four bumpers are used at each end of the cradle beam. These bumpers have a 1-inch foam insert and are made from 200 denier nylon, protecting the boat lift cable and the watercraft’s gel coating. They measure 36 inches long, 2 3/8 inches wide, and 2 3/8 inches thick, enhancing visibility when docking your boat.

Cradle Beams cannot be shipped UPS Ground. The cradle beams are secured to a pallet and ships via Freight. The end-user is responsible for unloading. Freight companies will not unload or drop off your load if you are not present. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange a delivery date with the freight company. Shipping to a business address with a forklift is highly recommended by BH-USA.
