Super Cedar Dock Stain

The Super Cedar Dock Stain is an oil-based stain designed for docks and piers. Features mildew resistance, UV protection, and is a water sealant. Contains UV inhibitors to further lessen the effects of harmful UV rays and keep the color consistent for the duration of the stain. Approved for use over water. Water-repelling silicone to repel water, decreasing damage associated with warping, swelling, and cupping. Meets all federal AIM rules. One gallon of stain will coat between 150 – 200 square feet of dock surface. Deck stain is an oil-based formular.

Stain Testing

Stain test on a small piece of scrap wood first to ensure results are satisfactory before staining the entire dock. Age, color, texture, grain, and condition of the wood will affect the finished color after staining. You should not rely on the digital representation of the color before staining your dock.
