Aluminum Pile Mount Top Beam Clamp
The Aluminum Pile Mount Top Beam Clamp is a safety device for aluminum pile mount boat lifts. It slides onto the bottom flange of the aluminum top beam, which sits on top of the dock piling. This bracket adds extra security by attaching to the dock piling, preventing the top beam from moving sideways or lifting during rough weather. It’s designed without needing to be welded and uses stainless steel fasteners with PVC isolators, so the aluminum doesn’t touch the wood of the dock piling.
It comes in three sizes for different boat lift sizes and can secure top beams between 5 inches and 7 inches in channel width. The pieces that mount on the aluminum top beam are adjustable, making installation easier. Plus, it’s made from sturdy 6061-T6 US aluminum for durability.
