Galvanized Dual Pipe Support for Wood Beams

The Galvanized Dual Pipe Support for Wood Beams mounts directly to overhead wood beams or joists. The supports are stamped and laser cut. Features an 18 in. distance from sleeve to sleeve. 2 in. cable winders will fit between the sleeves. The sleeves have (1) 1/4 in. press-in grease fitting offset from each sleeve. Allows the drive pipe to be greased without uninstalling the drive pipe. The sleeves will accept a 2 3/8 in. OD (2 in. ID) drive pipe.  The pipe support sleeves are measured out to line up with the boat hoist with minor adjustments.

The oversized sleeve reduces friction and ensures better load distribution. The sleeve keeps the drive pipe from walking up the side of the sleeve. Made from hot-dipped galvanized steel. The L-Brackets have (3) 3/4 in. round wood beam mounting holes and (1) 2 in. pipe support mounting slot. The entire kit weighs 17.15 pounds. The dual-pipe support measures 25 in. ( L) x 3 1/2 in. (W) x 6 in. (H). The L-Bracket measures 3 3/4 in. (L) x 2 1/2 in. (W) x 9 1/2 in. (H). The sleeves measure 3 1/2 in. (L) x 2 13/16 in. (W) x 2 13/16 (H) Recommended for virtually any type of overhead boat lift.

Dual pipe supports, with or without hoist hanger, is best used in a center mount configuration. A 4,000 lb. maximum rating per hoist hanger when used correctly in center mounting. Side mounting greatly reducts the dual pipe support and hoist hanger capacity. A 1,000 lb. maximum rating when used correctly inside mounting.
