Stainless Malleable Wire Rope Clips

These clips are mainly for non-critical jobs. For important tasks, follow guidelines from organizations like ASME, OSHA, and ASTM, which recommend using stronger forged clamps.

The working load limit depends on factors like the load and where it’s used. Aim for at least a 5:1 safety margin when calculating it.

These clips work well with 7 x 19 aircraft cables but not for airplane controls.

There are two clamp styles: drop forged and malleable iron. Drop forged ones are stronger. The ones included with these clips are made from stainless steel.
